Pay Credit Card Bill Via HDFC Bill Payment Portal And Get 1% Cashback

Are you paying your credit card bill via 3rd party app or directly from your bank portal? then you are probably losing 1% cashback.
If you pay your credit card bill via HDFC Bank bill payment portal using your HDFC Bank debit card then you can earn 1% cashback, maximum Cashback capping depends on your debit card type.
Maximum Cashback Capping-
If you have HDFC Easyshop Platinum debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 750 per month, just pay Rs. 75,000 bill & get Rs. 750 cashback.
If you have HDFC Millennia debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 400 per month, just pay Rs. 40,000 bill & get Rs. 400 cashback.

Not only credit card bill, you can pay any utility bill you want (must be available on Hdfc bank bill payment portal) & get 1% cashback.

To Pay Bill Follow These Steps-
1. Login to your HDFC Bank Netbaning
2. Click on "BillPay & Recharge" tab -> Click on Continue



3. Now click on Add Biller
4. Select Credit Card
5. Now select your card provider name



6. Enter your credit card detail
7. Enter amount you want to pay
8. Select your debit card from drop down menu
9. Click on pay



10. Enter OTP & Done!

You'll receive 1% Cashback for the transaction, you can check & redeem your debit card Cashback from "Card Tab -> Debit Card -> Enquiry -> Cashback Enquiry & Redemption"

I tried this but I do not get an option to add HDFC Bank's credit card itself to this biller so that I can pay its bill using my HDFC bank Debit card.
PayZapp also does not allow credit card payment option in the bill section.

So how do we use this trick to pay HDFC credit card bill?

hdfc customers me bhi bhed bhaav kar raha hai kya, kisi ko kuch naam se message aa raha hai, apke kuch aur aaya hai. Koi ni ek baar bata dena group pe points aaye ya nahi bhai, mostly aayenge hi ispe to pehle bhi aate the points.

yes we should wait for 3 working day. Yesterday i paid my almost 7 cc bill using jiofinance app, all the sms that came told that biller may take upto 3 days to settle, but when i checked in the cc app itself, outstanding was zero. Aur jab tk confirm na ho ki hdfc bill pay se hume reward point mil rhe hain using platinum debit card, use jio finance app // airtel // canara setu // sbi unipay bhai.

i paid my sc bill on sunday (21st) which got reflected today(26th) in my sc account. the transaction in sc records the date of actual bill payment only i.e,21st.

im not sure about the mcc but the merchant for axis cc bill payment is by the name of RENTAL but AU cc throws merchant name as BBPS BILLPay. Have to wait to get clarity. BTW what was the merchant for your recent sc cc bill??

For SC and AXIS it's rent MCC (Confirmed today) Amex is bill pay no points credited
