Pay through sbi unipay, jio finance just to be safe for now. Last quarter sbi unipay worked for me.
cred works with UPI i guess. Maybe @SSV can confirm on cred.

Also no restriction in library debit card uses? Udhar to har month easily 500 mil jata hai na gift card purchase me?
Monthly 500+no maintenance is also not bad.
Even though mobikwik/paytm is not eligible for quarterly benefits but will it be counted for maintenance wave off(UPI wala 15k)

IIRC as per some of the older comments citi customers are not eligible for this offer.

Yeah I read that one. It shows the same for my account too - no cash back eligibility.
