Account activated today. Axis employee told that liberty card will be delivered itself in a week. No need to apply. Till now, Liberty card not visible in app or netbanking.

Pay through sbi unipay, jio finance just to be safe for now. Last quarter sbi unipay worked for me.
cred works with UPI i guess. Maybe @SSV can confirm on cred.
