I think once you opened salary account, the credit card come automatically. Otherwise you have to go apply via branch.

This is not possible even for many Private banks. SBI will not even think about it, you need to do it by urself.

I asked the same question, they asked me to first change my salary account to sbi, and once there is at 1 salary credited, I have to give a written application to convert it. I am in the process right now , I will post here once it's done

3. SBI Rishtey Appliction. Get Free Account for your family.

Please search "SBI with Your Company Salary account". You will get you company page. For sample, I give, TCS (private) and BHEL (PSU)

There is an online option available to convert to Salary Account.

Both email and mobile number available.
For me, they replied immediately.

For Credit Card, No LTF. Only No Joining Fees. You can't select the Credit Card variant. Only eligible card as per salary variant.

Checked with two Corporate Salary Relationship Managers.
Both told no life time free for any credit cards.
I belong to Rhodium Salary account. They offer only Aurum Credit Card. Only no joining fee. Next year 12,000 annual fee.

I said NO to SBI Salary Account.
