HDFC BIZBLACK lounge access reduced to 2 per month?

Guys, I hold a BIZBLACK card, and often use web access from dreamfolks to access lounge.
Three days back when I went to book an access, I saw the website showing 1 of 2 access left for this month. I initially felt it's a glitch on their side, and went on to book the access.
Today, when I again went to the website to book an access, it shows that my both the access for the month are over, and there is no option to book any more for free.
The point is, BIZBLACK had unlimited lounge accesses, and there has been no communication from HDFC regarding this devaluation.

I think you are correct, it will show as unlimited from next month as min 1 transaction is mandatory as per HDFC BIZ BLACK features in the official website

I don't think so, no such update. Why don't you contact the customer care for this? They will tell you the issue immediately.

Someone else posted this query as well. Is this a new card? It shows unlimited for me. I recommend you do a transaction this month and check back again next month. You need to do a transaction per month to be eligible for unlimited lounge access next month. I am guessing 2 limit is applicable only for the month the card was issued.

Yes it was me, card is issued few days back and is showing 2 per month for me as well. As advised will recheck next month. For a card with fee of 10k plus GST, this is highly unlikely though

I have been using the card since june, and have very high transactions on this card every month.
Regarding dreamfolks not having "unlimited", i disagree. it has always been showing "unlimited' for me since the time i got the card. only this month did they start showing 2 access per month.

Okay. In that case, we will have to wait for either an official update from HDFC or dreamfolks to fix the glitch. Though I don't expect them to devalue this card such early.
