HDFC BIZBLACK lounge access reduced to 2 per month?

Could very well be a technical issue.
But as per my understanding, you could use BizBlack directly for unlimited lounge access and use dreamfolks in cases of spa, in case it is being offered. You'll be sorted either way.
 
I tried using my BizBlack twice in a month, and it was rejected. Dreamfolks is showing pay and Use. Weird.
 
I used it on 1st Feb at T1D, Delhi. Today, on 3rd Feb, I tried using the same card at CCU, Kolkata, at the Diners and Amex Lounge, where this was showing chargeable. My friend on the other hand, having a DCP was able to get in.
I looked on TF and found this thread.
Checked on DF and it shows Pay and Use.
My card is a Floater to my Infinia.

Can you confirm what is the status of the card on HDFC mobile app. Is it showing as active or dormant. Also, how old is the card.

Card status is active, 2 months old.
Regularly using it, more than 5 transactions each in last month and the month preceding that.

I also faced this issue both on primary and add on biz black card. This is what I did - write a mail to HDFC grevience mentioning the issue, they will fix it. Unlimited lounge offer on this card is through diners club, unlimited international is not an issue since it is through inbuilt priority pass. Diners network seems to have some integration issue with dreams folks through which domestic lounges are accessible. On my request they internally sent a mail to diners/ card network issues and got this updated as unlimited. Hope this will will resolve your issue.

My Biz Black is an Infinia floater as well and I have never had any issues using it at any lounge. I never bother to check with Dreamfolks as it is unlimited access. All lounges, including Delhi (T3), Bangalore 020 arrivals and departures, Cochin Earth Longe etc accepted it.

You might be the lucky one but many has reported this issue at TF
