Just login to iMobile app and could see both my debit cards were turned off already for Domestic and International transactions.

I haven't turned off domestic transaction on my debit card how come it was turned off 😭

Tried enabling ATM Withdrawal but it's going in loop and not getting turned on

Guys think this is serious

If this is true, they already 'published' federal bank as per that article which includes,

- username
- dob
- pan
- age
- gender

etc.

Though I am not supporting ransomwe. But an usual question.
Their customer care don't solve our queries in 72 hours for even small small things. How they will take decision on this in such a short period?

actually the date is 24, and as of now only 16 hours are remaining. but to be honest it is not serious, the same group recently also leaked federal bank data & i analyzed it. the data is more of less the same data used by call centers to call/spam us.

the info they are threatening to leak is already somewhat public or easily available for a few thousand rupees.

For time being All 5 ICICI Accs in family having minimum AMB right now. But I know we are safe. So not panicking much.

Just changed the passwords at Netbanking and PINs at ATM for all CC and DC. Intl txns are already off for all cards.

Things like these not possible without internal people being involved. The OT contractor have to feel the burnt too in such cases which is INFY right now.

This SMART LOCK feature is NOT VISIBLE in my imobile App. At the bottom there are only ME, FAVOURITES, TRACK APPLICATION and SERVICES. How come it is missing in my App ?

On Extreme right tab, Customer Service -> (expand) Smart Lock.
