What merchant name shown in unbilled? may be different MCC, so not sure

Yesterday i got to know that Amazon is restricting users(maybe corporate users also) to buy Amazon gift cards(both evoucher and physical) using credit cards with certain limit.
1. For 30 days we can have only Rs. 30,000
2. For 60 days we can have only Rs. 40,000
3. For 90 days we can have only Rs. 50,000
I have my Insurance payments to do, but after certain amount amazon not allowing me to purchase gift cards. I contact the customer service and got the above numbers. So if we brought Rs.30,000 after 30 days we can buy only Rs.10,000 later after 30 days of that transaction we have only chance to buy Rs. 10,000. Correct me if I am wrong.
I just used maximize to check how much cash back I may get.

Why can't you use different Amazon accounts for the same ? Is it depends on credit card or amazon account?

I dont have another account as of now, need to test with a friend account, earlier a year back even while tried with another amazon account and adding the same SBI CB card for payment not allowed me. Need to test it now, the above is just for information to get everyone updated regarding those.
same showed for me on swiggy card, customer care said u will not get cashback; call and ask the MCC

Getting "Gift Card limit reached" in Maximise even in new account in which no gift card has been purchased yet. Any turnaround for this?

Tried using different cards for testing purposes, even tried for ₹50 still the same error.

try to use chrome or Edge browsers, you can even try incognito browser
try to login in purchase in device
use another number to create account and purchase

yesterday i use another friend amazon account for 23,000 and brought gift cards with the same credit card from amazon itself. Totally 52,500 worth cards brought using same card in between 4th Jan to 5th Feb
