Amazon Gift Card - 5% Cashback SBI Cashback Credit Card

Okay guys, today I transacted on Maximize and noticed that the merchant name is changed from
RAZ*Maximize to RAZ*Maximize Pay Solut Bengaluru.

Called up axis bank and they confirmed the MCC as 5399, then tried SBI Cashback it showed the same on the chat.

If any one can do one transaction on Swiggy HDFC and confirm if we are getting cashback now since the merchant name has changed?

I believe that was always the case, just that mastercard provides different mcc for the same transaction, sbi cashback card is on visa network. Which network is your axis card on?

It seems they changed it back, EMI was also active yesterday. I will keep you guys updated once they change it again, it was a different MCC i am sure (I used Magnus - Mastercard)

Update - @Rahul Gulati already purchased 30k Amazon gv (seems there is a limit, doesnt allow to purchase more than 30,000), 80,000 Tanishq and 1L Tanishq Diamond gv (read comment section for all order screenshot proof).

Another Update - MCC code - 5399 which is eligible for 5% Cashback on SBI Cashback credit card and HDFC Swiggy Credit Card (But MCC Code verified with only SBI Cashback credit card and IDFC Credit Card).

Warning: Look, the website is new. I just made a purchase of ₹100 and instantly received the gift card. The website mentions 5% cashback for SBI Cashback Credit Card and HDFC Swiggy Credit Card, though it’s not 100% confirmed yet.

I tried using UPI and the MCC Code that came up was 7311 - Advertising Services. However, I haven’t verified the MCC Code with the SBI Cashback Credit Card yet. If the MCC Code is 7311, then the SBI Cashback Credit Card will give 5% cashback but the HDFC Swiggy Credit Card is not eligible for cashback on this MCC Code.

As I mentioned, I haven’t tried a higher denomination yet. So, proceed at your own risk if you want to make a higher denomination purchase or just try it with ₹100 for now. Let’s wait for 2-3 days to see if the 5% cashback on the SBI Cashback Credit Card comes through and then we’ll decide the next steps.

Other gift vouchers are also available but dnt purchase higher denomination because website is new.

I myself have not bought higher denominations above Rs. 100, so why would I recommend it to you all?

One more thing, there are some people who start buying like crazy, and over the years, you all know what happens when technofino army attack to such small companies. Servers go down, transaction failure rates increase, refunds get delayed, and gift vouchers go out of stock. That's why, for those with weak hearts, it's better to stay away for now.

if we do add on card holder of SBI casback card and then buy apay vouchers through it can we add the voucher in the same account more than 30 k a month meaning if I have four member then Can i add 1.2 lakhs in the same Amazon pay account in a month?

Just to clarify you mean to say that I can not add more than 30 k in the same account with different cards or add on

And even if I pay a bill worth 1.5 lakhs through apay gift voucher there won't be any transaction

we cannot get more than 30k. I tried a different account with the same card. Next ill try add on card.

I think I got confused with what you were asking. I was thinking AGV with Maximize site.

There is no limit to the amount of AGV you can add to your Amazon pay account. The only limit is for direct addition using netbanking/debit/credit. 1L for those.

I have added 2.5L GV and paid bills last year twice.

Now in Feb I have added 1.3L GV

Maximize (60k with 2accounts)
HDFC Gyftr (30k with 3 accounts)
Tata Neu (30k with 3 acc)
Amazon Gift Cards
I have added them to my Amazon pay wallet.

Afaik we can’t pay custom amounts through Amazon. I don’t think we can pay custom amounts even through the official electricity website also. Is there any site where we can pay custom amounts. ?

You can add any number of GV to wallet. No limit. Limit is only for direct money into the wallet.

Maximize allows 30k AGV per account/card in a month cycle. I am yet to get a statement and check wether it’s giving the cashback or not.
