Tried to book fd today on stable app for rupay select credit card. On vKYC , executive said you have to fill your income details but I didn't find that page in stable money app. Then my vKYC rejected, will be receiving refund in 2-3 business days.

You can do an FD for a tenure of 1 year without needing KYC.
I know this because I initially started with 2y tenure but then the app said that the bank is closed now(I did this at 1am) and can't proceed with vkyc until morning and gave me an option to convert to 1yr tenure(which wasn't an option earlier smh).
Apparently VKYC is only needed for >1 yr tenure as per RBI(Source: Stable Money app)

I do not see Suryoday Select Credit Card on RuPay website Select Credit Card Program signup. They might add it later maybe, Suryoday Select Debit Card is there though.
