Today the Postman uncle came to my home, He was literally crying and shaking while talking. He has high BP. I feel bad for him. He is an old person (59 years) and uses a bicycle in the afternoon to deliver mails. He was asking to take back the complaint. He is retiring in few years and somehow it will impact his retirement. He worked all his life as a postman.
I have a friend working in post office I asked him if he can do something. He talked to his seniors about the and the senior made a compliant to divisional head.
Yesterday the divisional head called me and asked about what happened. Later he called the post office and whatever he said made a really huge impact. I am assured that it will never happen again.
While I should feel good that I kind of got my revenge but considering his situation I do not feel good at all.
