Followed the similar step and the platinum PNB is approved in 10days. For me the process was very smooth. Applied in very morning, completed the vkyc and send the signed documents. :)

i had select card ltf was given 4 months back and got the snapdeal card ltf a month ago.

apply page showed me to upload itr and pan however they also asked for last 3 month statement of minimum income of 30k/month. they rejected the application so complain with rbi get it approved.

HDFC is so quick with card approval or rejection. Already holding LTF Millennia and NEU PLUS, applied for swiggy card although there is a single swiggy order in my account. :D approved within 30minutes. no docs, no kyc as already have savings account which was free upgarded to classic few...
