Check axis app. It will show payment date. If it doesn't then your card bill is not generated. I had my Magnus card bill generated after 2 months after changing the bill date.

Just ask them to convert after bill generation, on 21st or 22nd maybe... and do not make any transactions using old card

I think it was bound to happen at that time bcoz there were no RBI guidelines on this, but now it is & u don't need to pay if there is refund, as it will be considered as a payment.
