Hdfc nueu variant convertion from Visa to rupay

I requested hdfc CC to convert my neu card from visa to rupay variant, they responded with below mail. can some one explain me the accelerated neu coin part? Should i request them to convert my card after statement generation?

Yes since card number will change you will need to first settle the unbilled amount and then ask for the swap of network. If you have unbilled after statement generation you will still need to give the approval.

they are not asking to settle funds. neucoins can't transfer to visa network card so they need confirmation because neocoins earned from unbilled transaction will be invalid.

I have LTF Tata Neu infinity visa card which I want to convert to LTF Rupay variant.

I'm imperia customer and raised this conversion request through my RM, but it is almost a month now and my RM says that my request is rejected at 2 levels and that now they have requested the product head for approval.

Not sure how much truth is in this..

Can you please suggest me what to do as I can't use visa CC for UPI transactions. And otherwise this card is of little value to me.

For franchise conversion from visa to rupay, team is asking confirmation to forfeit the rewards points on unbilled transaction, if my statement generation date is 20th then when can I confirm them to change the franchise so that I don't have to forfeit the reward points, as I see after some days from statement generation they are credited to Tata Neu account.

if its for only unbilled transaction, let the bill generate once rewards points are credited to tata neu account then send the confirmation to switch the network.

Just ask them to convert after bill generation, on 21st or 22nd maybe... and do not make any transactions using old card
