My Axis edge miles are not credited too since 4th July. So is it a problem for most users? And this should resolve by 11th August as someone suggested? Axis customer care and escalation team sucks and they don't usually have a clue

I received the miles for the third milestone after I raised it with phone banking. It was credited even though the mile counter accounted for the spends post 20th April. Maybe you can do the same

Yes , that is em credit date. But they are for transactions done on 25th July. Their EM credit is so random and makes no sense

I got a reply saying it is an error and the missing miles will be credited by 30 may. Meanwhile some other airline website booking I got 5x

My transactions have posted and I received 2500 milestone credit for hitting gold. Still no miles for transactions. About 12-15k total pending. Almost 100% of my transactions are 5% category. I use my atlas card only for travel bookings.
