Yesterday I tried iMobile on a BharatQR and it gave me 3 card options - Amazon Pay, Platinum and Rubyx Mastercard. Then I scanner a UPI merchant QR and it showed me Coral RuPay and HPCL Super Saver RuPay options. I don't know why it didn't work for you :(

Visa/MC option won't be there in iMobile for UPI QR, it works only for BharatQR. And even for UPI QR, merchant has to enable credit card txns, then RuPay ICICI CC can be used from iMobile
