1. Never mail SC. Always call on two toll free numbers. IVRs are also messed up, select lost card option to go through CC rep.
2. Never ask for fee reversal directly. Most probably you will be rejected saying you are getting same amount of points.

I've raised card closure request on 8th March, 11 march was the annual fee date. I got charged 5000 today and then got a retention call. They confirm reversal of fees and told me that this year some new SC cards are coming out and I can upgrade or downgrade my ultimate. Not sure how much it is...
Whoever using this card, how do you determine which transaction is qualified for 10% or 1.5%. Statement doesn't show Cashback for each item like swiggy or amazon card.

After three calls to priority banking finally amounts have been reversed. I can't see reversal entry in transaction section but total due has been decreased. I they can do it on call but they are not doing and making customer frustrated.

Call 1: Told me that within 2 days everything will be reversed
Call 2: After 5 days nothing got reversed. Again created another ticket and given 24hr for resolution.

I've applied for PNB Rupay select last year with 300 Joining fee. Today I received annual fee of 750 + GST in the statement when there are other normal transactions as well. Is the waiver criteria of per quarter over? Or this is just a lazy system?
