Just tried placing an order on FK and noticed that they have started a new fee called offer handling charges, for adding a new card and avail the offer! What's this new scam by ScamKart?

If I make a purchase on nike.com which shows INR but I get a message for OTP in USD. Do I have pay both Forex markup fee and DCC or only one of them?
