I had received an HDFC addon credit card, but I failed to activate the card within 30 days. When I try to activate on mycards website, it says enter valid card details. What to do now?

My HDFC credit card application rejected. How to resolve it ? . It showing reason due to some documents. I dont upload any income documents as they dont ask .
