I mean I've the option in the app to link other bank account despite CC-only relationship with Axis and I've linked my dozens of savings accounts (it's managed by a company called FINVU who say they're an RBI licensed NBFC Account Aggregator) but the voucher option seems to be only for Axis account holders 🙂
