I opened family 360 account 2 days ago
account was activated yesterday and Initial funding was credited today

The problem is I couldn't reg for Internet/mobile/upi, it shows that "No account found with reg mobile number"

How many days does it take to update my mob num in their records?
I had to call customer care 1800 1080 and asked them to link my mobile number. They will take a service request and it roll be done in 5-6 hours. I called them after 3 days of account opening.

Even don't bother to share steps/process to follow in Welcome Mail/Kit 🤔
 
Im using Family 360 . Will my Privilege Banking status be downgraded if I haven’t maintained any balance in the last three months? My account doesn't shows an MAB requirement—it just says “Unable to retrieve MAB.” Does this mean I can keep a zero balance lifetime, or will I need to maintain a minimum balance in the future?

I've instant kit incl debit card which was provided by branch

Well, you got the output what you had input. You never mentioned instakit 😀
If you don't have custid preexisting in ICICI, then it will be smooth and no part to be done by you. Sync may take a day or two.

Was it a completely new account? Online/Offline? 1L initial funding?

Issue resolved,
called cust care yesterday, they took the request and processed it now I am able to use MB, INB, UPI
 
Is account ke sath konsa card miljayega. Pehle se rupay platinum debit card le rakha tha. Ab to offer khtam hogya rupay wala to ab is account variant ka konsa card miljayega
 
this account variant lacks the most ignored but integral part of banking service which is the painful on call customer care experience one has to go through IVR to get connected while it should be direct agent connect for premium experience.

Don't call 1800 1080. They have another number for customer traveling abroad (+91-22-33667777) which I used when I was traveling outside. It was much faster and people were somehow more polite. I have been using the same since and mostly no wait time even in peak hours. Still have to type card number but way way better.

I came across something odd while trying to open an ICICI Family 360 banking account. I'm the primary account holder, and about two weeks ago, I requested my RM to open an add-on account for my father.

It’s been 14 days with no update, so I followed up. The RM informed me that the request has been stuck because my father had two late payments in 2020(it's true, Due to a technical issue from SBI auto debit for a loan didn't work and they reported it as a late payment). Because of that, the case has gone all the way to the state head for approval, and apparently, there's nothing they can do from their end. They even mentioned that the request might get rejected.

Here’s the funny part — I haven’t applied for any credit card or loan. All I wanted was a basic account opening.
Also, for context, my father currently has a CIBIL score of 782, holds 8 credit cards, no active loans, and we already maintain several premium accounts with different banks No one asked this type of questions while opening account.

Honestly, this level of scrutiny just to open an account seems over the top. I understand banks have internal policies, but I’ve never seen this kind of credit check being a blocker for just opening a savings account.

Anyway, I’ve asked them to cancel the process, and surrender the IP cheque.

People make late payments all the time… that’s how the bank earn profits apart from interests. It’s weird if that’s the reason for the rejection.
