Good rm is a myth. Good email writing to right email contacts gets you everything.
Without low iq conversation with an rm you can sleep well and live well. For email you talk for 5 minutes when needed and enjoy your life.
That's the point my friend!!! The money he would be losing on interest opting for FD (instead of MF or gold), will be much more than the rewards he would get from Infinia (unless he is spending a fortune)

I recently faced issues for almost 4 months in upgrading my wife's account to Preferred. Went to branch directly and asked for a closure form and it was upgraded in 5 mins. They basically could have done it in 5 mins if they wanted to but lazy buggers did not want to move their butts.
