Will I get instant discount on Amazon, flipkart, Myntra on HDFC Millennia credit card when there is offer for HDFC bank?

or just 5% similar to ICICI Amazon card?

When do we get the additional cashback? In same statement or after few days ? Any particular steps to follow, few days back purchased Amazon e-gift card but didn't receive additional cashback yet.

This needs to be checked. Only 10% will work for me. Additional 5% during offer period is not expected.
