Now there is a surcharge for buying with cc. Not worth now. There was a good offer in March.

Abhi BOB bhi HPCL Energie card LTF de rha hai.
Best is BPCL octane

Undoubtedly Octane is the best. But he asked for LTF. Hence I recommend only LTF cards which I know.
Axis IoCl is dead card
Don't even recommend to enemies
BOB cards: Yes, they don't have proper tracking system and application will be on hold/ or processing and finally rejected. Very very bad Service. Wasting CIBIL Enquiry unless you've pre approved offer from them.
Bhai sbi BPCL lunga fir ye sb sunke to, rupay variant de rhe hai as it has fees of 500 plus the waiver is at 50k, octane ki need abhi hai ni, jispe 2 lac pe hai shayad waiver, fees bhi 1499 hai, plus mera itna consumption ni hai fuel ka.

I have recently started using SBI Cashback card to buy Indian Oil Fuel Vouchers from Park+. I am surrendering my Fuel cards shortly. I am currently using BPCL Octane, Kotak IOCL and IDFC Power +

I used Axis IOCL and IDFC power plus till now. But I have recently changed to indusind delight deibt card for fuel. It gives only 5% as rewards, but advantages are no surcharge, can be used at any fuel outlet. Also the rewards can be directly credited into savings account as a cashback(1:1).
I tried getting BPCL octane multiple times for past 1 year, but SBI is declining saying that they cant provide BPCL octane to people who already have cashback card. They advised to close cashback card to get octane, but I denied.

Yes fuel vouchers are redeemed by the petrol bunk through IOCL Pay option in ITPS Machine .
