for amex cards, if we dont use it for rs.1500 - 4 times a month then it is not worth it. Right.?

Did not work at two nearest IOCL stations. They are saying that machine is offline and hence this method not working

Tried myself by entering voucher code on one of the machines. Got error that code does not work in offline mode

Which means 1% fuel surcharge waiver allowed cannot be more than Rs.100 per statement i.e., you can use duel upto Rs.10000 on aggregate and upto Rs.5059 per transaction

Then why is the minimum transaction 1000 according to smart range when you also get surcharge waiver for transactions as low as 100.
