2 HDFC Credit Cards applied and approved, but hdfc ran cibil on me 3 times, how to complaint, help required.

I applied for hdfc tata neu infinity and hdfc swiggy credit card, both approved in same month March 2025 but when I check my cibil, it says hdfc ran enquiry on me 3 times.

This is unfair and I want to complaint this, pls guide me how to proceed with this.

Write an email to pnohdfcbank@hdfcbank.com and explain them your issue.
You may need to share your cibil report along with control number written in your cibil pdf. They will then ask Cibil to suppress extra enquiry. This process may take weeks.

Don't bother one enquiry is nothing in a stable cibil history. And if you try to fight and then they come with a rule that you can't apply two card in the same time there should be a Cool down time and the second card is suspended to rectify the error,then it will be a huge loss. Because banks are getting stricter day by day

Is this experienced by you or someone else? Both cards OP got are co-branded cards and i think there should not be any waiting period required for co-branded cards if they are getting approved.

How old is your cibil profile??
Hard enquiries won't have too much impact if your cibil profile is more than 5 years old.
Don't worry too much about 1 extra enquiry..
Life is beyond cibil enquiries..

Apply them after three months
You will get better approval and better credit limit
