290% Credit Limit Increase on Axis Bank Ace Credit Card!

Just wanted to share my recent experience with a credit limit increase on my Axis Bank Ace Credit Card. My limit went up from ₹36,000 to ₹1,40,000, which is a massive 290% increase! 🚀

I had used the SMS method for requesting a limit increase:
📩 CLE <Last 4 digits of your card> to 5676782

I sent this SMS around a week ago and was randomly exploring the Axis Mobile App when I noticed the limit increase offer available for me. Not sure whether it was an automatic increase or if it got triggered due to my SMS request, but it worked!

Axis is the worst for me even worse than HDFC. No LE ever

Got My Zone Visa by applying via CashKaro in March 2023 with 56K limit after 4-5 rejections in 2022 of Axis Flipkart, Freecharge Plus cards. Thereafter at least all the rejections stopped and a ton of cards became available to me

Got pre-approved Axis Kiwi in Nov 2023
Got pre-approved Axis Ace in Feb 2024 (by this time it was showing every Axis card pre-approved in the app)
Got pre-approved Axis Neo RuPay in May 2024

Then used the 3 cards like crazy for 1 year. Total spends between all 3 cards close to 9.9L (to keep it under 10L)

Opened Liberty a/c in Nov 2024

Now as Axis Ace got useless, closed it and got Airtel Axis pre-approved

Still no LE. Stuck at 56K since March 2023 so 2 full years. I think pre-approved=no LE. I will apply card to card basis offline for best chance of LE
