2nd core Credit Card application on HOLD not Declined

Background: I already hold a business MoneyBack card from last year which is LTF and has a Limit of 1.88L. My HDFC Account is Savings max with AMB of 2-3L roughly.


Applied for Millenia LTF through agent and got provisionally approved after few days, Today I got this email ( attached )

So technically they didn't declined it right ? What should be my next move ?

Additional information: I applied for Paid Millenia via NetBanking in Feb 23, got it approved and delivered (yes that time I held 2 core HDFC cards) but closed the card because I wanted LTF and didn't want to worry about keeping track of spending 1L.

Hdfc Seems to have very stupid policies in issuing credit cards.

U should see axis then last week they declined my airtel axis card and this week they accepted my axis ace

Axis rejects without any reason, it's always pretty random. if you don't have their bank account

Received mail today saying since I already have a card they cant reconsider the request. Very stupid of me to apply for Shoppers Stop card because I required a HDFC card for bank offers

Bro, you got any solution for shoppers stop.me too applied for instant discount but now regretting it.
I also received this card, but didn't activated yet.

If you dont activate it gets cancelled in 30 days.

Also now have Neu Card so have to cancel both so I just left it as it is
