Suppose my Status plus is expiring March 31, will I have to stay using stay plus before that, or will any booking done before that should be fine?

I am a member since last 12 years. Maybe that's the differentiator.
I came into Accor ecosystem primarily due to Axis. Otherwise, earlier it was all MMT / smartbuy bookings and occasionally Taj in India due to Amex vouchers
Contact them on whatsapp and ask for renewal offers.

Is the Accor stay plus voucher valid for stay for only the primary member? Or can the family members traveling along with the primary member also covered under the voucher?
For example: If I am booking a single room for 3 adults and booking is registered under the primary user name and family members are traveling along with the primary user, can the voucher be availed in that case?

Yes, if you have received promotion of 3k on renewal, you will still get points even after renewing with 12k Accor points.
You should renew before 31st December,2024 to become gold and avail Gold benefits till 31st December,2025. It's worth it.

Can we get stay plus extended if renewing accor plus through any source or extension possible only through sales agent?

Just purchased the accor plus membership using the hdfc card offer for 7500 points. Wanted to clear some doubts:
1. I have not received any vouchers yet? When will I receive them?
2. I saw that the vouchers are region specific. How do I choose the region I want? Or is it based on the location of my address?
3. Can we share these vouchers with our friends/family? I saw this point in the vouchers section - "MEMBER FOR A DAY” Certificate for use across Asia Pacific.” Entitles the holder to normal‘card only’ benefits for 1 day (Transferable certificate for member to give to a non-member).
4. Can the stay plus option be extended? In that case, I can plan and use two stays after renewing.

Yes, you will get status point. Just ensure you pay some amount in cash. Maybe 10%

For online renewal, drop email before renewing to Accor Plus customer care team and request them. I did this once 2 years back and they did extend
1) You will see them online when you login. Physical vouchers are not sent now
2) This is based on your address until you write to them and request for preferred city
3) Officially no but no one checks identity when you use vouchers at hotel. Member of the day is valid only for applicable discounts but not vouchers

Yes, you should renew December month to get Gold benefits next year. Its better to have Gold membership to get early checkin/late checkout benefit.
Luckily I have been getting free early checkin, late checkouts, extra drinks, farewell cakes even with silver(Novotel Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore, Kochi, Ibis Bangalore). All depends on the staff. Hopefully Gold will increase the odds
