As suggested, kindly try with small purchase amount then call customer care to know the MCC involved in that transaction. If that MCC falls under eligible 5% CB list then you will definitely get 5% CB on that transaction.

There is no consensus regarding that

If you really want to feel safe, use at least 2 Amazon accounts

No. As MCC will most likely be wallet load. And you might be charged 2.36+gst% as well
