5% cashback not given on Flipkart axis credit card

Subject: Incorrect Cashback Credited - Request for Resolution

Dear Community Members,

I recently purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart on **30th August**, which was supposed to offer **5% cashback** through my Axis Bank card. However, I received only **1% cashback** instead. I’ve reached out to the Axis Bank Nodal Officer, requesting them to rectify the issue and credit the correct amount.

If anyone else has faced a similar issue

Feel free to share any tips or updates.

cleartrip and flipkart random mcc tag karne ke liye mashoor h. maine cleartrip se ek baari 3 flight tickets ki thi or 1 per hi 4% cashback mila baaki per kuch nahi mila kyunki utility MCC tag kar rakha tha.

Axis ke PNO tak gaya or un logo ne saaf mana kar diya cashback dene se. Fir maine cleartrip ko pakda or bola ki tum sale kuch bhi MCC tag kar dete ho or unki wajah se hame suffer karna padta h. Agar mujhe mera cashback nahi mila toh m RBI + NCH per complaint karunga.

2 din m sara pending cashback aa gaya tha.

Axis ki galti nahi h isme. Flipkart h asli gobarchand. Inki guddi pakado or bolo ki ye kya 💩 faila rakha h.
Dono ka baza denge fir.
 
Bro its September and according to your screenshot cashback will be credited in October statement. Don't worry cashback will credited next month.
The mentioned cashback will only be credited to the next month. So he need to escalate the same inorder to make it 5% instead of 1%cashback. I faced the same issue in this month
 
PNO said cashback will be credited in next statement but I did not receive.

Raised complaint with RBI Ombudsman asking for 2k compensation, it's 120 days due from the bank side.

Actual amount they credited to my card and waiting for decision on compensation.
As I said you won't receive without doing rectify the error by the team.
 
Statement got generated today,
received a cashback of 551 against expected 2755 against items purchased during sale.
Have written mail to CC, let's see.

It's just pathetic, they cant maintain simple. things they promise
I too also have the same issue. Just escalate to pno or m.d bro. Customer care is useless
 
As I said you won't receive without doing rectify the error by the team.
I had also emailed PNO with transaction details and cashback amount. I received a call, and the person was saying it will come as per terms. I said yes, 5% was written at the time of payment, so I should get that much. He said you will get it in the upcoming statement. I asked him to send this in writing, to which he replied okay. When I read the email, it stated that your cashback will come next month and will be as per terms.
Now I'm in doubt whether they understood correctly or if they're trying to fool me

This has happened to everyone. They will correct it for everyone. They have also realized it now. The public won't let it go this time.
 
Same here tagged as Departmental store and given only 1% @Rishu3007 did you get the cashback?
Same here I purchased iPhone 15 at 56147 at Flipkart using axis Flipkart CC. But in statement showing 1% cashback only. I called customer care and enquired about that they told in their system it showing Flipkart only. Wanit for next month Oct 5% will be credited Customer Care told. Let's wait and see or else complaint to RBI
 
I have also received incorrect cashback amount for two purchases. Received 431 for 43147 and 10 for 1002. I need INR 1766 more as Cashback for these transactions. I have already emailed them. Let's hope for the best. Has anyone noticed the weird Merchant Name in Statement?
