about axis Vistara signature card application

Hi Members
My sister has two Axis Bank credit cards with a shared limit and she is trying to apply for the Axis Vistara Signature card, but it is showing as a different card. What can we do to correct this issue and successfully apply for the Axis Vistara Signature card? and ways so that It could be accepted by axis bank or any specific member in the community who has helped to get the card.

I was also getting different card so I filled my annual income above 7.5 lac and got option to apply for this card.

Hi Brother
As per your answer had any checks about your income done by axis bank as you have mentioned the annual income you have filled in form apart from this have you got the card.
