Infinia About Infinia Upgrade

I ahve a Limit 8.4L and completed spends of 9 Lakhs in past 6months. I have asked a hdfc bank manager about upgrade to infina. they said me the minimum limit required is 10 Lakhs for an upgrade. Is there any way to get the upgrade possible. give me your suggestions please

what is the latest limit they offered now. ?

For me it's 8.4L. the system triggered my savings balance ⚖️. I don't how it works but . I deposited a 40lakh inr in My hdfc after 4 days I received a limit enhancement from 5.5lakh to 8.4Lakh.

No bro I don't think 3x because. I am actually not salaried but my cousin owns a Company so he sends me 2.5 lakh everymonth . So by using that he has given me A pay slip. By using pay slip it got upgraded from 3lakhs to 5,49,000 . Later when I send them again after 7 months the highest they can offer me is 7 lakhs. Which is +50k . So I dropped and didn't proceeded with the request. In my case may be it can 2.5x of the limit as per salary slip way. Just try once you might get to know.

Yes, they will but there maybe issue if they increased current criteria for upgrade

Everyone thank you the Card has been Received. I just dropped a mail saying my present limit is 8.4 lakhs and i have completed 9 lakhs spends in past 6 months. please check and approve thats it. they reverted me through mail after 2 days regarding confirmation of upgrade. later after confirmation. it took me 4 days to get the card shown in app. thats it guys . Thank you everyone here.

Hi Dilip, currently upgrading on infinia is on hold.
Let it resume & then again you have to check for new eligibility & then apply for upgrade.

You cannot upgrade a co-branded card to Infinia, and you cannot show spends on one card as spend on another. In case you had Regalia Gold then is there any reason you still used Tata Neu Infinity for such high spends?

Secondly, FYF Infinia is not a thing now even if these spends were on DCB Metal. It will always come with joining fee, though that is pretty much returned back to you as points (only GST is what you essentially pay out of pocket).

Bro, if this is the case then I heard many people got upgraded from Tata neu to infinia and dcbm.

So, please escalate till pno and you will get the card.

that's not true. Neu has been upgraded before too to Infinia. Argue with redressal team first before you move to PNO. If they don't budge then go to PNO.

Thanks for your input and guidance 🙏is there any use case available where core card like regalia (minimal spent) can be upgraded to infinia whereas the 9 lakhs spent are done on tata neu infinity. Why I am asking this is...I am not using that regalia but tata neu still having few future usages...

No, only the card which has spends will be upgraded.
