There is a section called "derogatory Status" in CIBIL report. Can you check if any of the items in that section is more than 0? Written off, Settled etc?

Thanks a lot. I'll try speaking with Aditya Birla finance customer care and see if they can. If they were govt employee I'm sure some bribe would have done the trick.
