Keep trying. Use a different browser / device. In my case it was instant I did on august 14th. 4000 deducted from my account also within one minute. Status upgraded. Got vouchers within 24 hours.
Did u get any email for vouchers? I didn't get any email. Later after contacting accor plus support, they told me to login to account and get digital vouchers.
No email. Just go to PC login to accorplus. In profile tab vouchers will appear
Ok, yeah, that's what she told and then I got it. I wasn't aware that vouchers are also available until then. So an email would have been helpful.
I did get nights for stays paid with points (taxes paid via card). I think @Wealth is my birth right! also got status nights for the ones paid via points.

I have the same question. Is the Accor Plus membership worth the 4000 points (~7600 INR)? The silver ALL tier doesn't seem to have much value. Moreover, most hotels seem to offer the 10% discount over the public rate even to ALL base tier members. The red hot rooms cannot be booked using points AFAIK.
