Accor plus vouchers

I recently purchased accor plus at a super discounted rate (around 7.5K accor points)

The number of vouchers I received is crazy - around 6-7 buffets for 2, stay plus night, group dining discounts etc.

What is the process of using the buffet vouchers? Can anyone share the experience?

Call up the hotel and reserve the seats and just over call inform them that you would be redeeming the Accor plus voucher.
Upon arrival, they will need you Accor ID and this voucher id.

I have just walked in and told them that am planning to redeem the voucher. So an adhoc walk-in also works.

i also used this offer and surprisingly it didn't ask for my hdfc cc details. so anyone can opt for it, i'm now wondering where should i go to fully redeem the value of 1 free night 😀

Hi. How to use the stay vouchers ? I have talked and mailed the hotel with the dates, Accor ID and the voucher screenshot. But the hotel is asking for the same details repeatedly and in every mail they either miss quote the dates or miss some other info. And the mail chain starts again.

You need to book your free stay night on the app and select use stay Plus voucher.

Those are not worth using, because they are proportionately overpriced , to cover the discount
Only use the One night free stay, free buffet for two and the free cake

do you get the voucher delivered to your email or you get the hard copy vouchers ?
Also is there any option to choose the hotel of your choice to get the voucher?

You will see the vouchers only on the Accor website when you login.
No
