I understand.. they asked me to have a stay in one of thier property in 3 months and they will reinstate the points. Reach out to CC and they might give you the same option.

Yes, I was able to get the points back..

I raised a complaint on accor site.. got a reply from customercare@accor.com, which is where I did all the communications

I was also able to get back my points, had to book and stay in a hotel though 😛 but it's worth it.

accor customer care is good and promptly responds.

Hey, did you manage to get your points back? My 140k points expired in April and I didn’t even notice until now. Any tips on how to recover these points would be super helpful!
