Actual points not credited on Axis Vistara Infinite

I spent 150230 INR and included 131000 inr Bharant NEXT Comes under utility bill.

My cycle of feb close on 22 March.
Today received only 1375 cv points

Don't know how this works , I was supposed to get 4508 points.

Any idea

Further, we would like to inform you that the below-mentioned transactions will not be eligible for CV points:
1) Cash withdrawal transactions
2) Transactions made with finanical institutions
3) Jewellery transaction
4) Wallet load transactions
5) Fuel transactions

Please note that any reversal of transactions or conversion of transactions to EMI will lead to reversal of CV Points for the particular transaction.

The following MCCs(Merchant cetegory code) have been excluded from CV Points eligibility: 6012, 6051, 5944, 6011, 6540.

Maybe BharatNext is coming under point 2/4 depending upon MCC code?

Then you should ask to customer care why the CV points have not been sent or if they are delayed? I hope they dont club this under misuse of card for commercial purposes.

I made a request it takes 3 days for them to add points I don't know what they doing

now i mailed two times and they added points

seriously this time same happened they didn't credit 5000 points 🙁 now need to followup again
