Add on credit card queries

Hi Team,

I have few questions regarding addon credit cards,

Like I am primary cc holder for any bank cc. I used to file ITR annually. I have cibil score tagged to my cc profile .

Now when I will apply addon cc for any family member who don't have any cibil score profile, so in future if bank issues addon cc on their name, then will cibil profile created for their name (kyc) as well ?

Or banks will consider only primary cc card holder cibil and earning profiles?

Depends upon which bank's add on cc u have. Generally it's on primary cardholder number, but u can request to change

For most bank, add on card numbers are different. But there were / are cases were same number was issued for some bank. If different mobile number was associated with the add on card, different number will get otp. Lots of time, bank official or RM will make mistake of keeping primary card holder mobile number. We will need to get it fixed after getting add on card.
