Add-on Credit card

I'm thinking of giving an add on CC to my parents,but I have following questions regarding this ordeal -
1. Will the bill for this add on card generate seperately?
2. Since I'm responsible for the bill payments of this card, on whose CIBIL report, mine or my parent's, will it be show?
3. Does it even be there in the CIBIL report at all?

I'm getting offers for 4 free IndusInd addon card on my Vistara Explorer. Can anyone tell me if the card numbers on the add-on cards will be different if I take 2 for my parents & can I avail the Eazydiner 3000 off twice a year offer on the add-on cards too ? As in in ED 3000 Off twice a year x 3 (1 the primary & 2 for the add-ons) ?

In sbi,
1.The bill payments of the add on is report to cibil of the addon card holder?
2.Bill is generated separately or independent for both(1st account and addon)?
3.If independent then bill of addon card is sent to addon holder email or first holder of the card?
4. The spent on addon card does contributes to milestones benefits and fee waiver?
5. Can the addon card holder independently manage card usage from the sbi cards app and use the app as such or it's upto the primary account holder regulate the addon account?
