Infinia Addon Card Mobile Number

We recently got Infinia Addon Card. Applied via HDFC Netbanking.

The Addon Card has mapped the Primary Card Mobile number. Therefore, all transaction SMS (Debit and OTP) are coming on Primary Card Holder mobile number. Normally, for Addon cards, where Addon member's mobile number is mapped, the OTP goes on Addon mobile number and Debit confirmation SMS goes to both, Primary and Addon mobile numbers.

I asked HDFC RM, she says for Addon Cards, in case of HDFC it the SMS will be either on Primary Card mobile number or Addon Card mobile number.

Just wanted to know from folks having HDFC Addon Cards - Is this true?

You can submit a number change form (available at the branch) enter the details as per add on card
