Amazon Pay ICICI BANK Credit Card Mobile Number Automatic Changed

I have Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit card and I have linked my mobile number 9********7 but currently mobile number automatically changed and all OTP going to my wife number 7********7

How this is possible I call customer care but call automatically disconnected.

Please Help Me

Is there a way to change apay icici mobile number without visiting branch???

I have no account in ICICI.

No , but in my case I raised request on X and customer care contact me and then they update my mobile number without branch visit

Bro i want to ask one thing... Mera bhi same BOB lite acc freeze hai and same case.. tumhara kya hua tha welcome kit and application leke jabh branch gye? Ho gya tha unfreeze?

How did you update you address .did you mention new number in address change form

Online update from net Banking and no new number update in address form change but I ask from customer care they say that you update address so default number is updated (when I applied for credit card)
