Address confusion while applying for credit card

Guys! My friend who lives in Chandigarh wants to apply for a card but he have a permanent address of delhi in his all documents like aadhar etc. So what address should he write while applying for card. I have seen sometimes we don't get tha option to enter permanent address and communication address. So the question is what address should he write. Chandigarh or delhi one? He wants to receive card at his Chandigarh address.he lives in a hostel he don't have permanent address there🤡

Yeah in cibil it's reported as consumer loan itself unsecured. And problem with hdfc loan is that after the emis are paid fully, they then go and erase the total loan disbursement amount in cibil and make it 0. Which is a bad thing as next loan providers usually when they check highest disbursement amount and u have 0
