You can claim litigation cost as well, compensation, 10k+interest toh hai hi hai
Another simple way is to dispute txn, in other words, file a chargeback, if you don't want compensation and all that, other than 10k.

Have you furnished all the proofs, on Demand, Arenopay rejected the chargeback claim?
If so, you should have withdrawn chargeback claim and could have proceeded legally, court is the medium.
Sab sahi ho jata (litigation cost, 10+ interest, compensation) and sabak bhi mil jata Arenopay ko and court se injunction bhi.

Seems either you don't know how chargeback works, you must have disputed the txn stating fraudulent or unauthorised, right?
That's why, ICICI has given that excuse.
By the way, when you got temporary credit and final credit?
Yes, but jo kaam pehle karna tha wo ab and aap itna dar rahe hain/ dar chuke hain ki post bhi nahi kiye 🙂

Yes. I raised that long back. I got temp credit. Icici said they will investigate and then in November they concluded that I used otp so they can't process chargeback.
They reversed temp credit in November. I have been trying through Ingram ever since but it hasn't worked.
