Tell them you will remove it but first give your money and if not you will add the recorded call under comments
Dont remove. Else they will not pay. Instead just say the same thing on social media how they are threatening you.

I have opened many grievances on Ingram. Aeronpay just replies saying issue is resolved and then nothing happens. Earlier Ingram used to work..
Find their owners/employees, start tagging them on linkedin.

Update: Just recieved my money back in my credit card today.
DO NOT use Aeronpay or Aeronfly ever. Feel free to harass the CEO Bhavesh Soni at all instances. The guy is a thief.
Not to derail this thread but can someone DM me about transferring negative credit card balance into my bank account. (I have already sent my bank emails to refund the negative balance). Thank you.

I've put in posts everywhere and I'm not deleting anything. But i don't know how to ask for compensation without taking them to court. They did return my money with the threat of legal action and consumer grievance.
