Aeronpay credit card bill payment issue

So, I paid credit card bill payment from a second credit card on aeronpay on 22nd Jan 2024. As there was no convince fee.

So as usual fom aeronpay, bill payment not received.
I paid total 4 bills, one of them was from RBL card to same rbl card.

it's been 4 day. I read that if bill pay fails they refund to aeronpay ecash wallet .
My total amount is approx 4L
I also read paying from ecash also fails a lot.
Good thing is my bill of cc just generated so I got more than 1 months of time.

what if I file chargeback on cc, can I get money back this way?
my aeron pay acct is full kyc.

I did a payment for axis bank from hdfc credit card on 22nd jan still not credited yet

Today I was going through their transaction history they have removed my transaction details from there I can’t see the transaction anymore…. Is there something to worry about? Anyone facing the same thing?

You can pay your credit card bill using eCash without any extra charges.

Yes I'm facing the same thing. God know why . I still haven't got those refunds to ecash wallet

I got an reply from them saying we have refunded the amount to your e cash wallet but I cannot see any e cash wallet anywhere I have done the face verification as well so can anyone tell how to use e cash and where can I see it ?

Just try to do credit card bill payment you will get eCash option in payment options.

The ecash option will be at the bottom on select payment option. Like when u selecting pay via wallet,UPI card then at the bottom there will be ecash which will be hidden. U have to scroll it down.
