Generate 2 QR minimum 3 hours before swiping the card at the Lounge. no need to have guest access. Swiping 2 times at a time is not possible, so generate the QR beforehand.

ok i never done QR entry as always swipe cards on airport lounge so may be my question will be silly to you
as i understand you said i have to generate 2 QR for both my kids from any card must be before 3 hours of arrival at airport and swipe the card at lounge counter
i have 5 cards with total 14 lounge access remaining but no cards have more then 2 lounge remain for these quarter so QR from different card and swipe different card not create any issue ?
also you advise to change name in QR using paint to my kids name

Use more than one card. My suggestion is if you don't have a lay-over, then swipe your 3 cards together.
No need to change the name when you travel with them. They will not check the name. You can use your cards for your family members.
Get an IDFC Select DC open joint account with your wife and use the DC for your kid's entry. They have +1 guest access and can swipe twice per quarter, a total of 4 for JA.
Both Kids can enter with only 1 Swipe, and keep in mind that some lounge has age restrictions. Use your other cards for yourself.

IDFC DC has good lounge access and to arrival lounges too. I took Wealth DC for my spouse too.

No need to get an account for them. Even if they get an account, the bank will not issue DC. Better to use parents' cards. Like you or your wife, anyone of you can swipe once and enter with your kid. Getting DC for kids is difficult, and banks try to avoid it. AFAIK HDFC/ICICI provides DC for kids also.

Hi, I recently opened ICICI family 360 account, and it is mentioned in their website that 2/Qtr with max of 3 Guests

So, that's the best case scenario.
Take a family banking account with (Wife & Kids Minor account). Everyone can get a card that can be used.
Yes, you can swipe the card twice with up to 3 guests, regardless of whether they’re blood relatives or not. The only condition is that you must be present with them.
Get a card in your parents' name too. Just open a JA for them and link it to your family account. That way, they can use their card even when traveling alone.

Yes, I did but here in ICICI the family dc will only be given to primary acc holder in group
So, they can't get the family dc
