Devaluation Airtel app levying usage fee on utility payments on Airtel Axis credit card

Airtel started levying usage fees on electricity bill payments while using Airtel Axis credit card on its app. Might add the same for other bill payments also.

And as out of 250 limit, we already gave extra amount of usage fee of 56 rs.( ~2.24% 2500 of max cashback amount), so practically max CB is Rs. 194(250-56).

Which is significantly lesser that 300 CB when card started

Not only for master card. Even I received some extra Cashback in airtel rupay (10% Cashback more than 250 capping last month )

Got stmt 2 days back for Visa card. I maintain within 250 limit. CB was normal only.

You get the cashback for the transaction amount and not the original utility payment amount. I believe your manual calculation is build on original amount but not for the transaction amount(original amount + fee).
