Ek banda Axis myzone visa LTF to myzone RuPay LTF me conversion kara liya Axis ko call kar k.

Rarely karte hai axis bank, 99% times reject karte hai aur abhi Airtel RuPay toh just live hua hai customer care k pas koi info bhi nahi hoga shayad abhi.

aur hai kuch logo ne RBI me complaint kar k RuPay me convert karaya hai past me, Axis k Indianoil, Myzone and Neo card ko RuPay me LTF k sath (long process hai yeh, pahele normal complaint, phir nodal officer ko complaint, phir 30 days baad RBI ko complaint).

But Rbi in their circular clearly mentioned that customers can select card network only at the time of applying and at the time of renewal.

Try karne mai kya jaata hai. Complain against private bank hai to RBI bhi maze leta hai
