If you want to destroy some card's reputation, value and exclusivity, either start distributing to everyone like Axis did with Magnus/Reserve or launch it on RuPay platform. I bet Infinia will turn into trash if HDFC goes woke and launches it on RuPay.

No I applied for Master to RuPay change for Neo CC on Jun 11 today I got reply that that it is not possible. I filed a compliant with RBI Ombudsman.

Konsa Visa/mastercard fund karte hai Infinia, Magnus, Atlas etc ko jo destroy ho jayega.

Infinia RuPay me jab launch hoga toh same reward/cashback he dega.

Par woh last stage hai.

First stage hai market share grab karna maybe approx 50% to 60% credit card issuing market share

2nd stage transaction volume pe focus karna.

3rd stage hoga RuPay ka transaction value pe focus karna

usme bhi 3 category hoga -

1st hoga SBI simplyclick credit card, HDFC millennia CC, SBI Cashback card etc launch krna

2nd hoga phir RuPay ka Ultra premium/super premium card like Infinia, Burgundy private, Magnus, Atlas etc launch karna

3rd hoga Elite customer ko grab karna like Ambani, Adani, Mittal, Tata jaise log Billionaire, Millionaire etc ko RuPay card dilana.

Customer care assured I will get Neo RuPay card as an upgrade from Neo master. But now they refused to upgrade saying internal Ombusdman refused after review. They suggested I can take it up with RBI Ombudsman in email. So I filed a complaint with RBI.
